After evaluating your property, we will provide you with an offer based off our property assessment. We aim to provide a quick and hassle-free transaction.
STEP 3 AGREEMENT
If everyone is in agreement, we will work with you to schedule a closing date that is convenient for you. We can close as fast or as slow as you would like. We do not do third party inspections and cover all closing costs/fees.
STEP 4 CLOSING
Unlike traditional home sales, you don't have to worry about making repairs or staging your home for showings. We buy homes as-is, no matter their condition.
